Mahi Nic
Casual seafood, walk or short drive
Our #1 favorite. Get the Mahi Sandwich blackened, plain, with grilled onions — comes with big homemade potato fries and coleslaw. The Captain Henry Dog is another favorite of ours.

Nautico Island Grill
Varied menu, great for groups, order ahead
Honestly our #1 when visiting. We order to-go online and pick up several times every stay. The menu has enough variety that everyone finds something — standouts include the fried shrimp, homemade salsa, fresh fish, enchiladas, chicken salad sandwich, and queso.

F&B
Upscale casual, great for a night out
Casual dress, nice evening out. Great wine list. Our favorites are the filet and the Mixed Seafood Frittura, and you really can’t go wrong with any of the chef’s homemade soups.

Captains Cove
Upscale casual, seafood-forward
The newest contender to F&B for a nice evening out. Great daily Oyster List, Redfish, Wagyu NY Strip, Lobster Roll, Fish Tacos, and Fried Okra. Our one tip: skip the onion rings.
Wanna Wanna Inn Beach Bar & Grill
Beachfront bar, live music
Great bar right on the beach with live music and homemade frozen adult drinks.

Yummies Bistro
Breakfast & brunch, walkable from Saida 3807
Our go-to breakfast and brunch spot, walkable from the condo. Ample parking, but it gets busy — no reservations, so expect to check in and wait during peak times. Coffee drinks are very good, and the breakfast tacos are huge.

Los Cabos
Traditional Tex-Mex, just across the bridge
Your traditional Tex-Mex spot for when the moment calls. Big portions, large tacos, good prices. Service can be hit-or-miss, but worth it for the food.

Russo’s New York Pizzeria
2-minute walk — but we usually skip it
It’s the closest pizza option, right at the edge of the property, but we typically prefer to pick up or have delivered from Charlie’s Pizza instead.
Feldman’s Liquor & Wine
2-minute walk from the parking gate
Owned by Spec’s, with a very good selection.
Stripes
24-hour convenience store, 7-minute walk
The closest place for bag ice, plus anything else you forgot or need late at night.
