Amenities include a 50″ LG Smart TV, ceiling fan, and individual bed lighting – each include a convenient USB plug, individual reading light and full lamp. This is the coldest room.

Your living room includes two movable side tables for storage. A gigantic 75″ LG Smart TV paired with the latest in Sonos Soundbar technology, that also syncs (via bluetooth) to your iPhone for your in-house music enjoyment.

Illuminated by a beautiful chandelier, the 36″ tall dining table has 60″ of dining space and includes eight comfortable chairs to enjoy all your dining needs.

- While all Saida units include “free” wi-fi because it is included with the HOA Fee, the speed is only 20MB download-per the HOA contract. Saida 3807 pays extra for the highest 100MB speed on the island, which according to Spectrum Internet is currently the fastest available.
